Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the unopened original packaging.

All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection at our fulfillment personnel. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

•     Unworn
•     Unstained
•     Unwashed (Laundered items cannot be returned.)
•     In original packaging
•     No animal or pet hair
•     Within 30 days of the date you placed your initial purchase

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly.  Please allow 14-21 business days upon receipt for processing your return.

Hosiery cannot be returned once the pack has been opened or damaged (if the pack is unopened & undamaged then returns are fine).

Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid, and will be deducted from your return.
